You want casual clothes that suit your lifestyle. Comfortable, but not sloppy. You want clothes that show off your
personal style - not clothes that look like everyone else. And you want clothes that fit you perfectly. That's
Let's start with some basic patterns and make them your own with variations and details. Choose tops, tees, tunics,
pants, skirts or simple dresses. Bring any ideas, photos, pictures or details you would like to incorporate into a
garment. We'll fit the patterns and sew up some great new garments that add a little fun and excitement to your
wardrobe. I'll share tips and sewing techniques that add a couture touch to your casual clothes.
You may bring your own sewing machine or arrange with Marla to borrow one.
Workshops begin each morning at 9AM and finish at 5PM. The classroom is available to you in the evening and will be locked securely overnight.
Lunch is included each day. There are many restaurants within walking distance for dinner on your own.
This workshop will be limited to 6 students to ensure individual attention. A $100 non-refundable deposit will reserve a space for you.
The workshop will be held at the Fairfield Inn & Suites – Portland South/Lake Oswego, located at 6100 SW Meadows Road,
Lake Oswego, OR 97035. Accommodations are available at the Fairfield Inn or other nearby hotels. Contact the
Fairfield Inn directly at 503-670-7557 to make a reservation. Ask for the Kazell Sewing room rate.

and a check for either the $100 non-refundable deposit or the total fee. The balance is due
May 19, 2020.

For cancellations made 30 days prior to the workshop or earlier, any fees received (beyond the $100
non-refundable deposit) will be refunded or transferred to another workshop. There are no refunds or
transfers for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the workshop. Workshops may be canceled
if minimum enrollment is not obtained 30 days prior to workshop. All deposits and fees will then be refunded.
